The idea for Living Made Simple began with my own family.
My family knows how difficult it can be to support an aging loved one when distance, changing needs, and a complicated healthcare system are involved. With my grandfather living far from my immediate family, helping coordinate his care has meant navigating appointments, caregivers, living arrangements, and important decisions from a distance.
I've watched my own mother manage many of these responsibilities—sometimes needing to travel simply to be present and make sure things were taken care of.
As a Registered Nurse, I've seen similar challenges throughout my career. I've worked with individuals and families navigating healthcare, coordinating services, understanding their options, and determining what comes next.
Many families face these same challenges.
Adult children want to be there for their parents but can't always leave work, travel across town, or live nearby. Older adults may remain independent but still benefit from having someone trusted nearby to help manage the details.
That's why I created Living Made Simple Concierge Co.
My goal is to provide trusted, personalized support—helping with medical appointments, healthcare navigation, care coordination, household needs, and the everyday details that can become difficult to manage alone.

Thoughtful, personalized support designed to meet the unique needs of older adults, from navigating healthcare to managing everyday responsibilities with greater ease and confidence.
RN-Led Patient Advocacy & Care Coordination
$95/hour
In-person: Two-hour minimum ($190)
Remote: One-hour minimum ($95)
Personalized, RN-led support to help older adults confidently navigate their healthcare with greater clarity, understanding, and peace of mind.
Services include:
Medical Appointment Advocacy & Support — Preparing for medical appointments, accompanying patients, helping communicate questions and concerns, documenting important information, and organizing follow-up instructions.
Post-Discharge Navigation & Support — Helping patients understand discharge instructions, organize follow-up appointments, coordinate recommended services, and navigate the transition home after hospitalization.
Medication Education & Coordination — Helping patients understand prescribed medications, maintain updated medication lists, track provider-directed changes, and coordinate prescription refills.
Patient Care Coordination — Assisting with specialist referrals, appointment scheduling, recommended follow-ups, and communication with healthcare providers.
Healthcare Organization — Organizing medical records, discharge paperwork, medication information, and other important healthcare documents.
Patient & Family Communication — Providing updates and coordinating communication with authorized family members when requested by the patient.
Senior Resource Navigation — Helping patients identify and connect with appropriate healthcare providers, support services, and community resources.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Personalized Concierge Support
$50/hour
Two-hour minimum ($100)
Thoughtful, personalized assistance with everyday tasks and responsibilities, helping older adults simplify their daily lives and receive the support they need.

Personal & Household Organization
Household & Vendor Coordination
Transportation Coordination
Everyday Administrative Assistance
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Service Areas & Travel
Living Made Simple proudly serves Fallbrook, Temecula, Murrieta, North County San Diego, and select surrounding communities.
Travel is complimentary within Fallbrook, Temecula, and Murrieta. For appointments outside these areas, a travel fee may apply based on driving distance. Any applicable fees will be communicated before scheduling.
